Optional hands‑on weekend for functional training coaches.
To complement the online learning, IntensivePT offers an optional practical weekend in Sweden, Finland or Estonia.
Led in the local language (English is always welcome), these sessions give you the chance to practise assessments, coaching cues and movement corrections with real people—perfect for CrossFit and functional‑training coaches who want to deepen their coaching skills.
While it’s optional, we strongly encourage attending to network with peers, test what you’ve learned and graduate with even greater confidence (that’s why we include it for free!).
